Description

Das 380-/220-kV-Unterwerk Romanel (VD) befindet sich in der Gemeinde Romanel-sur-Lausanne im Kanton Waadt. Im Jahr 2025 wurde ein Vorprojekt (SIA Phase 31) für dieses Projekt mit verschiedenen Varianten ausgearbeitet. Der Variantenentscheid wurde im Jahr 2026 gefällt. Mit dieser Ausschreibung werden nun die Phasen Bauprojekt bis und mit Projektabschluss (Vergleich SIA Phase 32 bis SIA-Phase 53) ausgeschrieben. In einem ersten Schritt werden die Leistungen von Phase SIA32 - SIA41 bestellt. Die Phasen SIA51 - SIA 53 werden als Option ausgeschrieben und allenfalls in einem zweiten Schritt bestellt. Die planerischen Arbeiten sind also in einem für ein für ein solches Projekt üblichen Umfang auszuführen. Zur Planung und Koordination dieses Projektes, wird mittels dieser Ausschreibung, der Generalplaner für die SIA-Phasen 32-53 beschafft. Nebst dem fachspezifischen Leistungsumfang in seinem Zuständigkeitsbereich, übernimmt der Generalplaner auch die übergeordnete Aufsicht und Koordination aller involvierten Fachbereiche inkl. Schnittstellen als Gesamtleiter im Sinne der SIA 103 war.   Die nachfolgenden Teilbereiche sind vom Generalplaner selbst zu organisieren: Engineering und Planung im Teilprojekt Primärtechnik (inkl. Hochspannungskabel) Engineering und Planung im Teilprojekt Kompensationsdrossel Engineering und Planung im Teilprojekt Eigebedarf (inkl. Kabelführungen) Engineering und Planung im Teilprojekt Gebäudetechnik (HLKSE) inkl. Kabelführungen Engineering und Planung im Teilprojekt Hoch- und Tiefbau Projektierung und Planung im Teilprojekt Geologie Projektierung und Planung im Teilprojekt Umwelt Die nachfolgenden Teilbereiche werden dem Generalplaner beigestellt: Auftraggeberseitige Gesamtkoordination der BIM-Modelle Auftraggeberseitiges Engineering und Planung im Teilsegment «SAS» Für detaillierte Informationen konsultieren Sie bitte die Dokumente C100 und C101 der Ausschreibungsunterlagen.
