Description

Auf dem Übungsplatz Bettwil soll das Gebäude WE 3596 BG rückgebaut und am selben Standort ein Ersatzneubau erstellt werden. Bauliche Massnahmen im Zusammenhang mit Bodluv sowie der Rückbau des Gebäudes WE 3596 BG sind nicht Bestandteil des Auftrages. Der Ersatzneubau befindet sich am Eingang des Areals Bettwil und soll insbesondere einen grossen Aufenthaltsraum für die Truppen, Büroflächen und die Räumlichkeiten der Wache (Loge, Aufenthalt, Schlafräume) beinhalten. Weiter ist ein kleiner Annexbau/Unterstand für die Abfallentsorgung und ID/PD-Stand mit Schuhwaschanlage vorgesehen. Der eingeschossige Ersatzneubau ist als einfaches, modulares Gebäude in Holz-Skelettbauweise geplant, welche die Minergie-A-ECO Anforderungen erfüllen muss. Das Konzept des modularen Bauens (Elementbauweise) ist bei der Planung und Umsetzung zu berücksichtigen. Weitere Informationen zum Bauvorhaben können dem Bauprojektdossier inkl. Anhang entnommen werden. Im Rahmen dieser Ausschreibung soll ein Generalplaner für die Projektierung und Umsetzung der baulichen Massnahmen für die SIA-Phasen 41 - 53 beschafft werden.
