Description

Beim vorliegenden Objekt handelt es sich um eine bestehende Schulanlage, welche mit einem zusätzlichen Primarschulhaus und einer zusätzlichen Mehrzweckhalle erweitert werden soll. Das bestehende Schulhaus und die bestehende Turnhalle sollen, wo möglich, nicht vom Umbau tangiert werden, wobei das bestehende Schulhaus teilweise einer Pinselsanierung unterzogen wird.   Das neue Primarschulhaus, mit neun neuen Schulzimmern, verfügt über ein Erdgeschoss und zwei Obergeschosse. Die Erschliessung erfolgt über einen Medienkorridor im Untergeschoss.   Die neue Mehrzweckhalle mit Unter-, Erd- und Obergeschoss, verfügt über einen Dusch- und Garderobenbereich im UG, eine Klein-Gastroküche im EG und zusätzlichen Schulräume im Obergeschoss. Die Technikzentrale befindet sich im Untergeschoss.
