Gaseous fuel - natural gas

The buyer is procuring natural gas (gaseous fuel) for the period from 1 October 2026 to 31 March 2027 inclusive. The procurement is conducted under Ukrainian Cabinet of Ministers Resolution No. 1178 of 12 October 2022, which sets out special public procurement rules for customers during the martial law regime in Ukraine and for 90 days after its termination or cancellation. The tender offer price may not exceed the estimated value of the procurement subject stated in the open tender notice.
