France - Motor vehicles - Dynamic Purchasing System (SAD) - Purchase of new and used vehicles and plant

A French municipality (Commune) is setting up a dynamic purchasing system (SAD) for the acquisition of vehicles and plant, both new and used, under article L.2125-1 of the French public procurement code. The scope covers light vehicles and vans for staff transport and carrying goods or equipment, heavy goods vehicles for transport, loading and unloading, and construction and public works plant used for road maintenance, green space upkeep, municipal infrastructure works, handling and earthmoving. Technical specifications are set out in the system's special technical specifications (CCTP). Suppliers may bid under the dynamic purchasing system procedure described in the notice.
