The town of Acheres in France is setting up a dynamic purchasing system for the acquisition of vehicles. Under this system, invitations to submit tenders for specific contracts will be issued in accordance with Article R. 2162-49 of the French public procurement code. Each specific contract covers the purchase and delivery of new and/or used vehicles on behalf of the town of Acheres. The exact subject matter of each specific contract is set out in the commitment deed. The system allows individual orders for vehicles to be awarded over time as needs arise.
