En vue de disposer d'une capacité d'achat performante permettant de répondre le plus parfaitement possible à l'émergence de chaque nouveau besoin en matière d'acquisition de véhicules et de profiter d'une concurrence la plus large possible, la Communauté des Communes du Val de Drôme en Biovallée a décidé d'utiliser la technique d'achat dite « système d'acquisition dynamique (SAD) ». En vue de répondre aux enjeux environnementaux ainsi qu'aux objectifs de la loi AGEC, la consultation portera sur des véhicules neufs et d'occasion avec motorisation thermique, électrique ou hybride Poids total autorisé en charge (PTAC) < 3.5 tonnes - 2 essieux - Acquisition de 6 véhicules légers minimum; Poids total autorisé en charge (PTAC) < 3.5 tonnes - 2 essieux -Acquisition de 1 véhicule minimum; Poids total autorisé en charge (PTAC) < 3.5 tonnes - 2 essieux - Acquisition de 1 véhicule minimum
