Sur le domaine de HAROPA PORT I Le Havre et lieux adjacents, 450 ha sont disponibles pour des projets industriels, Des premiers appels à projets sont déjà lancés ou en cours de lancement pour environ 150 ha afin de compléter l'écosystème industriel et logistique existant. Le présent accord-cadre multi-attributaires à marchés subséquents porte sur la préparation des terrains (comprenant l'abattage des arbres, le dessouchage, défrichage ainsi que les travaux de décapage des terres), la démolition autant que de besoin des structures ou infrastructures existantes, les travaux de terrassement généraux pour constituer les plateformes y compris les travaux d'amélioration des sols qui s'avèreraient nécessaires pour garantir le respect des objectifs de portance minimale des plateformes requises. Ces travaux comprennent des interventions d'assainissement et de gestion des réseaux ainsi que des travaux de chaussées. Enfin, les prestations porteront également sur des travaux de renaturation de sites naturels menés dans la cadre des mesures de compensation écologique aux implantations industrielles et logistiques. Les 150 Ha principalement ciblés sont répartis sur le domaine portuaire du Havre, par ailleurs, des prestations pourront être commandées afin de répondre à des besoins ponctuels sur le domaine portuaire de Rouen (mesures compensatoires notamment)
