Le contrat porte sur les prestations suivantes : Réhabilitations thermiques de 471 logements répartis dans 25 communes du département du Tarn dans le cadre du dispositif de massification. Contexte : Tarn Habitat a engagé une opération d'ampleur visant la réhabilitation de 69 ensembles immobiliers, représentant environ 471 logements collectifs répartis sur 25 communes du département du Tarn. Cette initiative s'inscrit dans une stratégie de massification de la rénovation, soutenue par les dispositifs régionaux, nationaux et européens, et mobilisant des financements multiples (FEDER, CEE, Éco-prêt, enveloppes État dédiées à la rénovation énergétique, etc.). Cette opération bénéficie d'un Certificat d'Économie d'Énergie. Cette opération entre dans le cadre d'une démarche qualité engagée par Tarn Habitat (certification Qualibail)
