Description

Le Centre Hospitalier Universitaire Amiens-Picardie souhaite lancer une consultation pour un Marché Global de Performance pour le site du GCS UTIL (Gestionnaire de Coopérative Sanitaire Unité de Traitement Inter-établissement du Linge) dont il est propriétaire. Le GCS UTIL est un établissement de traitement du linge hospitalier. La consultation a pour objet la passation d’un Marché public global de performance (MGP), en application de l’article L.2171-3 du Code de la commande publique, portant sur la performance énergétique des installations du bâtiment du GCS UTIL. Le marché à conclure est passé après dialogue compétitif en application des articles L.2124-4, R.2124-5 et R.2124-3-3° du Code de la commande publique. La présente consultation porte sur une opération de réhabilitation d’un ouvrage existant. Le présent avis concerne la phase 1 "candidatures" du dialogue compétitif. Le CHU Amiens Picardie souhaite mettre en place, pour son site du GCS UTIL, un Marché Global de Performance en vue de l’exploitation des installations techniques P2 et, pour les installations qui seront mises en place dans le cadre des Travaux, le Gros Entretien et Renouvellement avec Garantie totale P3, qui aura pour objectif la mise en œuvre d’une stratégie globale d’amélioration continue de la performance énergétique et patrimoniale, du confort et permettant d’assurer l’entretien du patrimoine tout en diminuant les charges énergétiques et l’impact environnemental associé.
