Description

La procédure de passation utilisée est un appel d'offre ouvert. Elle est soumise aux dispositions des articles R.2161-2 à R.2161-11 du Code de la commande publique. Il s'agit d'un marché de travaux décomposé en 3 lots distincts avec une clause limitative d'attribution. Il comporte une tranche ferme pour chaque lot et trois tranches optionnelles par lot, soit au total 4 tranches par lot. Lot 1 : Travaux de remplacement complet de 100 ascenseurs; Lot 2 : Travaux de remplacement complet de 86 ascenseurs; Lot 3 : Travaux de remplacement complet de 72 ascenseurs
