Description

Le présent marché concerne les opérations de réhabilitation des unités de psychiatrie du bâtiment Santé Mentale et une extension située sur le site hospitalier du sud 77 - 77140 NEMOURS. Les travaux de réhabilitation prévoient : Recomposition des espaces du RDC et aile Sud du R+1, y compris extérieurs (création d'un jardin pour les patients) ; - Désamiantage ; - Quelques reprises d'étanchéité ; - Amélioration des déperditions de chaleur par l'isolation intérieure et le changement des menuiseries ; - Travaux intérieurs de structure si nécessaire et des lots techniques (y compris mise aux normes nécessaires) ; - Travaux de second oeuvre. Les travaux d'extension prévoient : - Intégration à la réhabilitation du RDC - La rénovation énergétique - La mise en sécurité et en accessibilité générale - Les locaux annexes en commun entre l'unité ouverte et l'unité fermée Les travaux seront réalisés en site libéré mais avec un maintien d'activités dans le bâtiment au R+1, R+2 et en RD Jardin VRD; INSTALLATION DE CHANTIER-DEMOLITION-GROS OEUVRE; ETANCHEITE; FACADES; MENUISERIES EXTERIEURES; MENUISERIES INTERIEURES; CLOISONS/DOUBLAGES/FAUX PLAFONDS; REVETEMENTS DE SOLS ET MURALES; PEINTURES; ASCENCEURS; ELECTRICITE CFO-CFA-SSI; CHAUFFAGE-VENTILATION-CLIMATISATION; PLOMBERIE
