Dans le cadre de son Plan Stratégique Patrimonial 2023, Côte d'Azur Habitat a lancé une opération de réhabilitation énergétique portant sur 28 résidences réparties en deux lots géographiques sur le Département des Alpes Maritimes comme suit : - LOT 1 : Résidences sous gestion des agences d'Antibes, Carros, regroupant 14 résidences, et totalisant 243 logements, - LOT 2 : Résidences sous gestion des agences de Menton, Le Forum, Las Planas, regroupant 14 résidences, et totalisant 299 logements. Le LOT 2 a été redécomposé en 3 sous-lots géographiques dénommés LOT 2A, LOT 2B, LOT 2C. Cette consultation est lancée suite à la liquidation judicaire du titulaire du LOT 02 - Etanchéité, qui s'inscrit dans un ensemble de travaux de réhabilitation énergétique portant sur le sous lot géographique 2B, composé de 6 résidences. Il porte sur les prestations restantes à réaliser sur le marché initial. Les 3 résidences concernées par les travaux sont gérées par les agences de gestion de Côte d'Azur Habitat comme suit : Agence de l'Ariane GR0070 L'Adrech : 52 logements GR0081 La Vigne Haute : 32 logements Agence de Menton GR0087 Le Pous : 25 logements La description des ouvrages et leurs spécifications techniques sont définies dans le cahier des clauses techniques particulières du présent lot. Les interventions devront permettre à la fois un fonctionnement adapté aux besoins des locataires, mais également d'offrir un habitat de qualité et de proposer des logements vertueux sur le plan environnemental. Ces interventions qui se dérouleront en sites occupés, devront permettre à l'ensemble de ces résidences d'améliorer les étiquettes des Diagnostics de Performance Energétique (DPE). La finalité attendue étant l'obtention à minima de l'étiquette énergétique D, pour l'ensemble des résidences et des logements objets des travaux
