MARCHE PUBLIC GLOBAL DE PERFORMANCE ORIENTE « SYSTEMES » POUR LA RENOVATION ENERGETIQUE DE 24 SITES ET LA MAINTENANCE DE 19 SITES COMPLEMENTAIRES DU PATRIMOINE DE LA VILLE D'EAUBONNE Le Marché est un marché public global de performance portant sur des prestations de conception-réalisation exploitation-maintenance, tel que défini aux articles L. 2171-3 et R. 2171-2 du code de la commande publique. Le Marché a pour objet l'amélioration de la performance énergétique des Sites par rapport à la Situation de Référence. Le Titulaire s'engage à : (a)Pour chaque Site, atteindre un Objectif de Performance Énergétique Réelle pour l'ensemble des postes de consommation, pour chaque Période de Suivi contractuelle. (b)Pour l'ensemble des Sites, à atteindre un Objectif de Performance Énergétique Réelle pour l'ensemble des postes de consommation, pour chaque Période de Suivi contractuelle. (c)Respecter le Niveau de Service Contractuel.
