France - Building fitting-out works - Global performance contract oriented towards 'Systems' for the energy renovation of 67 sites of the Department's property

The Department of Seine-et-Marne is procuring a Global Performance Contract (MGP) for the energy renovation of 67 secondary schools (colleges) in its property portfolio. The contract combines design, construction, operation and maintenance services, in accordance with Article L 2171-3 of the French Public Procurement Code, and is structured around measurable targets: an overall energy saving of 30% in final energy, and a minimum of 10% per site. It covers two lots, one of 35 sites and one of 32 sites. Qualified companies may bid under this performance-based procedure.
