Conditions particulières d'exécution : En raison de la complexité de l'opération liée notamment à la quantité de sites à traiter et au risque d'interfaces entre corps d'états de travaux, le marché de travaux qui sera conclu à la suite de la présente consultation sera en entreprise générale de bâtiment ou en groupement d'entreprises. Ce marché unique comporte 19 sites répartis dans 3 départements : - 4 établissements dans le Cher (18) - 2 établissements dans l'Indre (36) - 13 établissements dans l'Indre et Loire (37) La phase travaux s'effectuera en site occupé.
