Description

Le marché concerne la création d’un poste 400/225 kV Minéralier. Le démarrage des travaux est prévu en avril 2027 pour une durée de marché estimée à deux ans. La construction du bâtiment sera réalisée dans le cadre d’un marché en entreprise tous corps d’état. La consultation est répartie en deux lots distincts : Lot 1 : Plateforme / Terrassement / VRD - Lot 2 : Bâtiment - Génie civil. L’installation des équipements électriques constituant le poste ne sont pas dans le scope du marché. Le présent lot porte sur la réalisation des travaux de terrassements généraux, plateformes et infrastructures extérieures nécessaires à l’aménagement du site, comprenant notamment : - Travaux préparatoires et installations de chantier ; - Terrassements généraux, déblais/remblais et traitement des sols ; - Réalisation des plateformes techniques ; - Voiries lourdes et légères ; - Réseaux enterrés (EP, EU, AEP, réseaux secs et techniques) ; - Bassin de rétention, drainage et gestion des eaux pluviales ; - Caniveaux et potentiels ouvrages de liaisons souterraines ; - Citerne incendie et équipements associés ; - Clôtures, portails et équipements de sécurité ; - Espaces extérieurs et aménagements associés ; - Toutes sujétions nécessaires au parfait achèvement des ouvrages; Le présent lot porte sur la réalisation des bâtiments et ouvrages de génie civil associés aux installations du projet, comprenant notamment : - Travaux préparatoires et installations de chantier ; - Fondations et traitements géotechniques associés ; - Ouvrages de génie civil enterrés et infrastructures ; - Réalisation des bâtiments PSEM 400 kV et 225 kV ; - Réalisation du bâtiment OCR ; - Réalisation des loges autotransformateurs, selfs et ouvrages associés ; - Gros œuvre, structures et ouvrages béton ; Le présent lot n'inclut pas la fourniture, l'installation, les essais, la mise en service et le raccordement des équipements participant à la fonctionnalité du poste électrique. À ce titre, sont notamment exclus du périmètre : les matériels haute tension sous enveloppe métallique, les équipements de contrôle-commande, les transformateurs ainsi que l'ensemble des liaisons de raccordement entre ces équipements et le réseau de transport d'électricité.
