Les prestations sont relatives au raclage de finition du charbon superficiel présent sur le parc à charbon de Montoir-de-Bretagne et remblaiement, parcs 1 à 4. Les prestations comprennent notamment les travaux suivants : - le raclage de la sous-couche de charbon présente sur les 4 parcs (n°1, n°2, n°3, n°4), à charbon de OTCM. - le transfert du charbon raclé vers une partie du parc, afin d’être repris par une roue pelle pour être exporté, - le remblaiement des parties du parc excavé, ce jusque l’altimétrie du terrain naturel. Les épaisseurs de charbon relevées par sondages sur la zone de stockage varient entre 0 et 2,5 m selon les parcs. L’objectif principal de l’opération de raclage est de racler un maximum de charbon valorisable et de limiter au maximum le volume de charbon mélangé avec le terrain naturel. EDF SA émet cet avis pour le compte de sa filiale OTCM.
