Le présent marché concerne les travaux de rénovation lourde relatifs à l'opération immobilère "plateforme d’enseignement et de recherche IMPACT" du campus d’Ecully de l’Ecole centrale de Lyon - Tranche 1 - Bâtiment H10. Lieu d'exécution : École Centrale de Lyon - 36 avenue Guy de Collongue - 69134 ECULLY Cedex. L’opération portera notamment sur : - la restructuration complète du bâtiment H10. - la reprise de l’enveloppe complète du bâtiment. Ce projet d'importance pour Centrale Lyon s'inscrit dans le cadre de son Schéma Directeur Immobilier. Il vise à revaloriser le campus en offrant des infrastructures adaptées et porteuses à l'enseignement et à la recherche autour des activités du Laboratoire de Mécanique des Fluides et d'Acoustique (LMFA) et du département d'enseignement Mécanique des Fluides Acoustique et Énergétique (MFAE) pour le bâtiment H10. LOT n°101 - Gros oeuvre; LOT n°102 - Charpente métallique; LOT n°103 - Charpente bois; LOT n°104 - Etanchéité couverture; LOT n°105 - FOB - Revêtements de façade; LOT n°106 - Menuiseries extérieures - Occultations; LOT n°107 - Serrurerie - Métallerie; LOT n°108 - Cloisons - Doublages - Peinture; LOT n°109 - Plafonds suspendus; LOT n°110 - Menuiseries Intérieures; LOT n°111 - Revêtements de sols et murs durs; LOT n°112 - Revêtements de sols souples; LOT n°113 - Résine de sols; LOT n°114 - Courants forts / Courants faibles / SSI / Sûreté; LOT n°115 - Chauffage / Ventilation / Climatisation / Désenfumage / GTB; LOT n°116 - Ascenseurs; LOT n°117 - VRD / Aménagement extérieur / Espaces Verts
