Travaux de rénovation et de restructuration de l'Hôtel de Ville de Saint-Herblain - Relance Le lot n°1 a pour objet à titre principal des travaux de voiries réseaux divers et aménagements extérieurs, à titre accessoire, ce lot comporte une prestation d'insertion professionnelle de publics en difficulté détaillée dans le DCE. Nombre d'heures d'insertion à effectuer : 210 heures. PSE n°14-17 et 18 sont retenues uniquement.; Le lot n°2 a pour objet à titre principal des travaux de Clos - Couverts , à titre accessoire, ce lot comporte une prestation d'insertion professionnelle de publics en difficulté détaillée dans le DCE. Nombre d'heures d'insertion à effectuer : 600 heures. Ce lot est décomposé en plusieurs parties : Partie A : Prestations communes Partie B : Curage - Désamiantage Partie C : Gros oeuvre Partie D : Charpente métallique Partie E : Charpente ossature bois bardage Partie F : Menuiseries extérieures - Métallerie Partie G : Couverture - Etanchéité PSE O2b retenue uniquement; Lot n°3 : Isolation par l'extérieur - Ravalement; Lot n° 4 : Cloisons - Doublages - Plafonds -Menuiseries intérieures. PSE O n°7 retenue uniquement.; Lot n°5 : Revêtements de sols souples - durs - faïence - peinture intérieure. Aucune PSE-O retenue pour ce lot.; Lot n°6 : Electricité CFO - CFA - SSI - Scénographie. PSE O n°11 retenue uniquement; Lot n° 7 : Chauffage - Ventilation - Plomberie - Climatisation; Lot n° 8 : Agencement
