Le présent marché a pour objet la réalisation des travaux d’aménagement intérieurs des nouveaux locaux de la DGA Tech situés sur la commune d’Arras, un plateau nu d’une surface de 709 m2 SDP. Les prestations de l’opération sont notamment les suivantes :  Le cloisonnement et l’aménagement d’un plateau de bureaux ;  Les travaux de second œuvre nécessaire à la création de différents espaces fonctionnels ;  L’adaptation des installations techniques (CVC, électricité et éclairage) ;  La fourniture et la pose de certains équipements et mobiliers. La description des prestations, des ouvrages attendus ainsi que leurs spécifications techniques est précisée dans le cahier des charges et/ou dans les documents associés.
