Description

Chaque lot fera l'objet d'une attribution séparée. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix forfaitaires. L'opération MC concerne la restructuration du service de Médecine-Chirurgie du Centre Hospitalier de Cayenne. Elle se décompose en deux phases : une Phase 1 actuellement en cours et une Phase 2, objet de la présente consultation. La Phase 2 porte sur les travaux à réaliser au sein des bâtiments D, E et F, constituant le périmètre opérationnel de cette tranche. Les interventions visent la modernisation des infrastructures, l'amélioration des conditions d'accueil et d'hospitalisation des patients, ainsi que l'optimisation des conditions de travail des équipes médicales. L'opération se déroulera en site occupé, impliquant le maintien de l'activité hospitalière durant les travaux. À ce titre, les entreprises devront intégrer dans leur méthodologie l'ensemble des contraintes liées à la continuité des soins, à la sécurité des usagers et du personnel, ainsi qu'à la limitation des nuisances GROS oeUVRE - DEMOLITION - CHARPENTE METALLIQUE; TRAITEMENT DES FACADES; MENUISERIE INTERIEURE; MENUISERIES EXTÉRIEURES / METALLERIE; CARRELAGE ET SOLS SOUPLES; ELECTRICITE COURANTS FORTS ET FAIBLES; CLIMATISATION - VENTILATION - DESEMFUMAGE; PLOMBERIE SANITAIRE
