Chaque lot fera l'objet d'une attribution séparée. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix forfaitaires. Le collège est un ERP de type R, 2e catégorie, Les travaux seront réalisés en site occupé Les travaux prévoient une amélioration organisationnelle du collège, passant par une restructuration des locaux : - Restructuration et réorganisation des pôles accueil, vie scolaire, santé, musique, administratif, maintenance, science, technologie, informatique, CDI, sanitaire; - Restructuration du pôle d'enseignement pour passer d'un objectif d'accueil de 40 à 22 divisions; - Intégration de nouvelles fonction (classe "collège de demain", salle UPE2A, salle modulable) - Reconfiguration du restaurant scolaire (office+salle), suite à la mise en place d'une cuisine satellite; - Rafraichissement des logements de fonction; - Reprise des extérieurs (Création de cours oasis, démolition/reconstruction du préau, création d'abris vélo et de garages, reprise des clôtures et des cheminements, mise en valeur de du "1% culturel" via un traitement paysager autour de la sculpture présente dans l'établissement) Les travaux prévoient l'amélioration des performances énergétiques des bâtiments : - Réfection des toitures et de leur étanchéité; - Isolation des façades ; - Remplacement des menuiseries extérieures; - Installation d'une VMC double flux, - Mise à niveau générale des luminaires - Remplacement de la production du chauffage via chaudières gaz par de la géothermie sur sondes sèches; - Installation de panneaux Photovoltaïques.
