Description

La Communauté de communes du Pays de Falaise porte un projet de réhabilitation de l’ancien bâtiment d’activités de la SATAM (entreprise industrielle implantée depuis plus de 70 ans sur Falaise, spécialisée en métrologie légale, conception, fabrication, mise en service et maintenance de compteurs volumétriques dans le domaine pétrolier). Cette restructuration permettra à la Communauté de communes du Pays de Falaise de pérenniser les emplois sur son bassin de vie et bénéficiera de surfaces adaptées pour la croissance de son siège social. En effet, le projet de restructuration va consister en la : - Réhabilitation et l’adaptation de l’espace bureaux pour qu’il devienne le siège social de la Communauté de communes du Pays de Falaise (CCPF), (1 100m² environ), - Réhabilitation, division de l’espace atelier pour proposer de l’immobilier d’entreprises (environ 4 000 m²). De plus, ce projet de restructuration s’inscrit pleinement dans la politique de limitation de la consommation foncière et de la résorption de friches industrielles ou de friches à venir. Une première phase de travaux consistant en la dépollution et démolition du site est en cours et devrait s'achever début avril 2026. Le présent appel d'offres concerne les travaux de réhabilitation du bâtiment. LOT 1 : VRD - TERRASSEMENTS - ESPACES VERTS; LOT 2 : CLOTURES - PORTAILS; LOT 3 : GROS OEUVRE; LOT 4 : CHARPENTE METALLIQUE; LOT 5 : CHARPENTE BOIS; LOT 6 : COUVERTURE - ETANCHEITE; LOT 7 : BARDAGE; LOT 8 : SERRURERIE; LOT 9 : FERMETURES INDUSTRIELLES; LOT 10 : MENUISERIES ALUMINIUM; LOT 11 : PLATRERIE - CLOISONS - DOUBLAGES; LOT 12 : MENUISERIES INTERIEURES; LOT 13 : FAUX PLAFONDS; LOT 14 : PEINTURE; LOT 15 : REVETEMENTS SOLS SOUPLES; LOT 16 : CARRELAGE - FAIENCE; LOT 17 : PLOMBERIE - CVC; LOT 18 : ELECTRICITE - CFO - CFA; LOT 19 : PHOTOVOLTAIQUE; LOT 20 : ASCENSEUR; LOT 21 : REEMPLOI
