Description

Travaux d'entretien courant effectués dans les parties communes et privatives de l'ensemble du patrimoine locatif (logements, commerces, locaux) ou administratif (agences, siège social) de Deux Fleuves Loire Habitat. Accord-cadre à bons de commande conclu sans minimum et avec des montants maximum (cf annexe 1 du RC). Le marché est multi attributaire, le nombre de titulaires est celui prévu à l'annexe 1 du RC sous réserve d'un nombre suffisant de candidats et d'offres. Obligation de SS4 pour tous les lots et de AIPR pour le lot 20. Certains corps de métier devront assurer une astreinte : plomberie qualibat 4311 ou équivalent et SS4 obligatoire; qualibat 4131 et 6111 ou équivalents et SS4obligatoire; qualibat 5111 ou équivalent et SS4 obligatoire; qualibat 2111 ou équivalent et SS4 + AIPR
