Accord cadre à bons de commande pour l'exécution de travaux de maintenance et d'entretien courant comprenant 10 lots conclus chacun d'eux pour une durée d'un an reconductibles 3 fois sans dépasser 4 ans. Les travaux seront réalisés sur l'ensemble du patrimoine qui compte à ce jour 4 283 logements situés sur l'agglomération de Sète Agglopôle Méditerrannée et sur les communes de Agde et Vias (soit 14 communes situées dans l'Hérault). Pour les lots 6, 7 et 8 (plomberie sanitaire), les prestations sont réparties par secteur géographique (3 secteurs - cf. pièces du DCE). Les accords-cadres prendront effet, à titre prévisionnel, à compter du 01/01/2027.
