Description

La présente consultation est lancée selon la procédure de l'appel d'offres ouvert définie aux articles R2161-2 à R2161-5 du Code de la Commande publique. Les prestations feront l'objet de deux accords-cadres multi-attributaires exécutés par émission de bons de commande suivant la définition des articles R2162-2, R2162-4 à R2162-6, R2162-13 et R2162-14 du Code de la Commande Publique. Il sera retenu maximum deux prestataires par lot. Toutefois, il ne pourra être retenu en première position que sur un seul lot. Le Département de la Sarthe, dans un souci de promotion de l'emploi et de lutte contre l'exclusion, a décidé de faire application des dispositions des articles L. 2112-2 du Code de la Commande publique en incluant dans le cahier des charges de ce marché public une clause obligatoire de promotion de l'emploi. Cette clause est applicable au présent accord-cadre, les heures d'insertion sont de : - 525 heures par période pour le lot n°1 ; - 210 heures par période pour le lot n°2 Voir le détail dans le CCAP - Le montant maximum par période est de 1 000 000 euro(s) HT
