Description

Le présent marché a pour objet la réalisation de travaux de maçonnerie, béton, voirie et aménagements extérieurs sur le patrimoine immobilier du maître d'ouvrage. Il porte principalement sur des interventions d'entretien, de réparation, de remise en état, d'adaptation et de création d'ouvrages de maçonnerie et d'aménagements extérieurs, réalisées au fur et à mesure des besoins du maître d'ouvrage Le contrat prend la forme d'un accord-cadre à bons de commande avec maximum en valeur, réparti en deux lots géographiques. Chaque lot fera l'objet d'une attribution séparée et sera attribué à un maximum de 2 candidats, sous réserve d'un nombre suffisant d'offres. Les entreprises retenues se verront attribuer les bons de commande, sans remise en concurrence préalable, dans les conditions prévues par le cahier des charges. La valeur estimée du marché figurant dans le présent avis correspond au montant maximum du contrat et comprend la totalité des périodes de reconduction Agences de Guebwiller, Horbourg-Wihr et antenne Val d'Argent<br/>; Agences de Huningue et Lutterbach<br/>
