Description

La présente consultation concerne les travaux de construction des infrastructures du Pôle d'Echanges multimodale de Bussy au droit de l'autoroute A4. Au fur et à mesure des années, des matériaux ont été stockés dans l'emprise du futur pôle d'échanges multimodal, formant plusieurs merlons. L'objet du présent marché est l'évacuation de ces merlons, préalablement du pôle d'échanges multimodal, dans le cadre du diffuseur du Sycomore. Ces travaux se situent sur le territoire de la commune de Bussy-Saint-Georges. Le présent marché prévoit la réalisation de travaux d'évacuation en filière adaptée des tas de matériaux stockés sur les emprises du futur pôle d'échanges multimodal.; L’objet du présent marché concerne les plateformes (y compris bâtimentaires), voiries et réseaux du pôle d’échanges multimodal. Ils comprennent ainsi : - Les terrassements, y compris des plateformes des bâtiments et base vie travaux ; - Les chaussées, trottoirs ; - L'assainissement, y compris les noues ; - La signalisation verticale et horizontale ; - Les dispositifs de retenue ; - Le mobilier urbain, l’éclairage public, les clôtures ; - Le déplacement des toilettes PL de l’aire de Bussy ; - Les clôtures, portails, barrières levantes. Ces travaux se situent sur le territoire de la commune de Bussy saint-Georges et de Ferrières-en-Brie.
