La consultation s’inscrit dans un projet de réalisation des travaux de forage d’un doublet géothermique au Dogger sur la commune de Fontenay-sous-Bois (Département du Val de Marne 94) La présente consultation porte sur la conclusion d’un marché public de travaux à tranches, au sens de l’article R.2113-4 du Code de la commande publique, incluant les travaux préparatoires, et le forage du doublet GFSB-1 / GFSB-2 et ses services intégrés ainsi que la remise en état du site (marché n°3). Le marché est décomposé comme suit : Une tranche ferme comprenant : • Les études d’exécution nécessaires à la réalisation des ouvrages ; • Les travaux préparatoires de préparation de la plateforme de forage. Une tranche conditionnelle comprenant : • Les travaux de forage du doublet géothermique GFSB-1 et GFSB-2 ; • Les services intégrés et la remise en état finale du site, conformément aux stipulations du dossier de consultation.
