Description

Le Syndicat Mixte Ports de Normandie et le Syndicat Mixte des Ports de la Seine-Maritime ont décidé de créer un groupement de commandes, pour la consultation commune des entreprises de dragage pour le maintien des profondeurs du Port de Dieppe, le Tréport, Fécamp, Caen et Ouistreham-Cherbourg, Saint Valery-en-Caux et Le Havre-pêche. La réalisation s'inscrit dans les budgets respectifs de fonctionnement de chaque maître d'ouvrage. A l'issue de la consultation chaque membre du groupement signe un accord cadre de travaux à bons de commande avec le ou les prestataires pour le lot et les quantités correspondantes à ses besoins et en assure l'exécution. Le marché est valide 1 an et reconductible tacitement trois fois consécutives, par période d'un an, pour une durée maximale de 4 ans. L'entreprise titulaire du marché s'engage à réaliser à la suite les commandes synchronisées par le coordonnateur des travaux (PN). PN désigne le Syndicat Mixte Régional des Ports Normands, SMPSM désigne le Syndicat Mixte des Ports de la Seine-Maritime Lot technique; Lot géographique
