Les travaux objet de la présente opération relèvent de la Maitrise d'Ouvrage de la Régie des Eaux Du Pays BASTIAIS &quot;ACQUA PUBLICA&quot;, exploitant du réseau de distribution d'eau potable sur la Communauté de Communes de BASTIA Dans le cadre d'un projet de création d'un réseau AEP piloté par Acqua Publica (Régie des Eaux du Pays Bastiais), il a été extrait et mis en dépôt, lors de l'ouverture des tranchées, 1 200 m³ de déblais amiantés entreposés sur la Parcelle cadastrée B2678 au Lieu-dit Ficabruna - 20620 BIGUGLIA (Haute-Corse) dans l'enceinte de la zone de chantier sur une surface d'environ 3000 m². Le présent dossier consiste à passer un marché avec une entreprise habilitée sur les travaux en présence d'amiante (en sous-section 3) pour évacuer les déblais contaminés par l'amiante vers un site de stockage agrée insulaire
