La Ville de Petit-Quevilly s'est engagée dans un programme de rénovation urbaine du quartier de la Piscine, anciennement quartier NOBEL-BOZEL au Petit-Quevilly. Ce projet d'envergure a été sélectionné dans le cadre du Nouveau Programme National de Renouvellement Urbain. Une étude urbaine a été effectuée afin de définir les principes d'aménagement et les actions à réaliser pour engager une rénovation et une restructuration d'ampleur du quartier. Le projet prévoit ainsi des opérations de démolitions, de rénovations, de constructions (logements et équipements publics) et d'aménagements de voiries. Dans ce cadre, des tours de logements situées dans le secteur Triolet / Saint Just au Sud du quartier de la Piscine ont été démolies par le bailleur social SEINE HABITAT. La présente consultation concerne des travaux de déconstruction des écoles Triolet et St Just ainsi que la dépollution des sites des écoles et de SEINE HABITAT DESAMIANTAGE - CURAGE - DECONSTRUCTION; DEPOLLUTION
