Le présent avis d'attribution concerne des travaux nécessaires au déploiement et à la maintenance d'infrastructures de communications numériques - Relance du lot 1 Infrastructures de Génie civil, à la suite de sa résiliation pour motif d'intérêt général. La description détaillée des travaux est indiquée dans le Cahier des Clauses Techniques Particulières (CCTP). Le présent lot prévoit les études et l'exécution de travaux de Génie Civil (tranchées, chambres télécoms), l'audit d'infrastructures génie civil existantes, ... La description détaillée des spécifications techniques est indiquée dans le Cahier des Clauses Techniques Particulières (CCTP). La forme du contrat est un accord-cadre multi-attributaires (2 titulaires maximum) s’exécutant par la passation de marchés subséquents à prix unitaires sur quantités constatées, par application des prix définis dans le Bordereau des Prix Unitaires (BPU) des titulaires. Les modalités détaillées de l'accord-cadre sont précisées dans le Cahier des Clauses Administratives Particulières (CCAP). Le montant maximum des commandes par application des prix définis dans le Bordereaux des Prix Unitaires (BPU) pour la durée totale d’exécution de l’accord-cadre, reconductions comprises, est de 6 100 000 €HT. Le délai d'exécution des travaux sera indiqué dans chaque marché subséquent. L'accord-cadre comporte une clause d'insertion professionnelle, dont les modalités sont fixées à l'article 2.4 du CCAP.
