Les objectifs et contraintes opérationnelles, pour la réhabilitation des 85 logements, sont : - Label BBC EFFINERGIE RENOVATION conformément au règlement général du NPNRU (étiquette énergétique B). - Certification QUALITEL NF HABITAT RENOVATION. - Démarche RSE. Le projet a pour objectif : - De traiter les obsolescences techniques qui touchent les bâtiments (fers, balcons, colonnes) et qui peuvent représenter des risques à court terme - D'améliorer les performances énergétiques du patrimoine en proposant notamment une ITE des façades - D'améliorer le confort de vie et la sécurité dans les logements (reprise des pièces humides, mise en conformité électrique notamment) Le patrimoine est dans un état d’usure avancé compte-tenu de l’absence de réhabilitation d’ampleur depuis les années 1990.
