Description

Le marché porte sur la construction d’un bâtiment sur le quartier Lambert à Saint-Denis afin d’accueillir les services de la Direction d’Infrastructure de la Défense et du Centre Médical Inter Armées. La construction aura pour objectif de répondre aux besoins suivants : des locaux tertiaires pour la Direction d’Infrastructure de la Défense de Saint-Denis, d’une antenne médicale, d’une antenne vétérinaire et des aires de stationnement Le marché porte sur la construction d’un bâtiment hébergeant les services de la Direction d’Infrastructure de la Défense et du Centre Médical Inter Armées à Saint-Denis de la Réunion (974). Le marché comporte des éléments de mission de maîtrise d’oeuvre. La direction d’exécution des travaux sera maintenue au sein de l’équipe de maitrise d’oeuvre. Les prestations sont réparties en 3 postes détaillés : - Poste 1 : conception APD et PRO - Poste 2 : construction et aménagement - Poste 3 : entretien, exploitation et maintenance. Pour atteindre ces objectifs, la Direction d’Infrastructure de la Défense de Saint-Denis a choisi de recourir à un Marché Public Global Sectoriel, tel que défini et encadré par l’article L.2171-4-1er du code de la commande publique. Conformément aux dispositions de l'article R.2122-7 du Code de la commande publique, il sera possible de recourir à la procédure de marchés négociés sans mise en concurrence pour la réalisation ultérieure de prestations similaires à celles du marché, sous réserve que le ou les marchés correspondants soient notifiés au plus tard 3 ans à compter de la notification du présent marché. A titre indicatif, le montant prévisionnel de l’enveloppe financière réservée pour la conception, la construction, l’aménagement, l’exploitation et la maintenance de la présente opération, est arrondi à 11 100 000, 00 € HT
