Le contrat porte sur les prestations suivantes : Travaux de rénovation énergétique du bâtiment A de l’IUT Gratte-ciel. Opération intégrant les travaux d’amélioration énergétique du bâtiment, tant au niveau architectural que technique. Décloisonnement et reprises en sous-œuvre; Reprise des complexes isolation-étanchéité, y compris végétalisation et préparation pour installation photovoltaïque selon les zones; Dépose et remplacement des menuiseries extérieures du bâtiment; Isolation et parement de façade; Fourniture et pose de menuiseries intérieures liées aux travaux d’isolation ou d’aménagement; Traitement de l’isolation intérieure, des doublages, de la peinture et des faux-plafonds dans les locaux; Fourniture et pose de l’ensemble des équipements de CVC dans le bâtiment, y compris GTC; Modification et création d’installations électriques liées à la rénovation énergétique; Retrait et évacuation de l’ensemble des matériaux amiantés concernés par la rénovation énergétique; Travaux d’aménagements extérieurs comprenant : terrassements, réglages de plateformes, réseaux VRD, gestion des Eaux pluviales, revêtements de sols extérieurs, ouvrages de finition, plantations, mobilier et interfaces avec les accès bâtiment.
