Description

Restructuration du CAP 44 (structure béton de 1895) avec démolition partielle et réalisation d'extension pour accueil de la Cité des imaginaires. L'ERP accueillera le Musée Jules Verne renouvelé, un espace d'exposition temporaire, une médiathèque, des espaces de médiation et de diffusion et un café-restauration. Surfaces planchers : 7 670 m². Les travaux sont répartis en 15 lots. La présente consultation concerne uniquement les lots suivants : Lot 1 Macro lot structure / Lot 2 Structure Bois - FOB (Façade Ossature Bois) - MEX BOIS (Menuiserie Extérieure Bois) - Lot 4 Façade métallique / Lot 5 Menuiseries extérieures / Lot 8 Menuiseries intérieures / Lot 12 Electricité / Lot 13 Chauffage -Ventilation Climatisation - Plomberie.
