Marché de conception-réalisation pour la réalisation et la mise en service d'un parking souterrain situé rue des Hauts Châteaux - ZAC de Noisy Est. Les prestations portent sur la construction d'un ouvrage de stationnement souterrain d'environ 300 places sur 2 niveaux. S'agissant d'un marché de conception-réalisation, les groupements devront être constitués sous la forme d'une équipe pluridisciplinaire regroupant les compétences nécessaires à la bonne réalisation de l'opération et notamment les deux composantes principales suivantes (cf. détails dans le RC) : 1/ Une composante d'entreprise de travaux constituée : soit d'une entreprise générale, soit d'un sous-groupement d'opérateurs économiques conjoint ou solidaire, 2/ Une composante de maîtrise d'oeuvre regroupant : la compétence d'un Architecte habilité à exercer la profession d'architecte en France, un ou plusieurs bureaux d'études indépendant(s) de l'entreprise ayant à minima les compétences suivantes : structure, VRD, économie de la construction.
