Rénovation de la résidence étudiante les Landes qui offre actuellement 237 logements répartis sur 3 immeubles et 1 bâtiment central. Les objectifs de l’opération : Amélioration du confort des logements, de l’ergonomie des mobiliers, en phase avec l’évolution des modes de vie des étudiants. Amélioration de la performance énergétique : Atteindre un niveau meilleur que la RT existant avec une enveloppe thermique performante, réduire la consommation énergétique et diminuer les charges pour les résidents. Modernisation des espaces communs : Créer de nouveaux espaces de vie et de convivialité, adaptés aux usages contemporains et favorisant la vie étudiante.
