La procédure est une relance de la procédure 2023DP09 portant sur le même objet déclaré sans suite. La présente opération porte sur la reconstruction de la station d'épuration de Mesnil-Saint-Père. La charge à traiter sur cette station d'épuration est très dépendante de l'activité touristique. Entre l'hiver et l'été, la charge brute de pollution organique peut varier de 640 EH à 2 500 EH, avec des charges très variables d'une journée à l'autre en période intermédiaire. Pour répondre à cette spécificité, et en lien avec les objectifs de rejet imposés, la filière de traitement envisagée est de type SBR ("Sequencing Batch Reactor").
