Le marché comprenant une partie de prestations à prix global et forfaitaire et une partie de prestations à bons de commande. 1) Ouvrages à concevoir et construire : a) Une chaufferie bois et son réseau de chaleur sur la Commune de Modane Les besoins globaux annuels sont estimés à 5,8 GWh/an. b) Des extensions et raccordements pour d'autres abonnés (prestations à bon de commandes selon BPU) 2) Exploitation et maintenance, avec objectifs de performances, de la chaufferie centrale, de la ou des chaufferie(s) d'appoint, du réseau et des sous stations
