Les prestations attendues du titulaire : - La réalisation d'études préparatoires aux opérations notamment d'extension, de renforcement, de dévoiement, de désaturation, d'effacement du réseau. Ces études s'appuieront sur les dossiers des ouvrages exécutés dont dispose Charente numérique, et sur tout autre descriptif des ouvrages du réseau renseigné dans le référentiel réseau exploité de LFNA. - La construction des ouvrages et les opérations devant être mises en oeuvre pour la réalisation des opérations notamment d'extension du réseau, de renforcement, de dévoiement du réseau, de désaturation, d'effacement des ouvrages. - La remise de la documentation technique finale (DOE), qualifiant totalement les ouvrages réalisés dans le cadre du présent marché, et fournissant l'intégralité des informations nécessaires au délégataire en vue de l'exploitation et de la commercialisation de ces ouvrages. - Le traitement des échecs de raccordement notamment ceux imputables à un blocage du génie civil d'adduction ou l'absence d'infrastructure d'adduction sur le segment entre le point de branchement optique et le point de terminaison optique (exemple des constructions neuves hors lotissement). - La maintenance préventive et curative de toutes les infrastructures de montée en débit transférées par le SDEG 16. - La mise en sécurité en cas d'incident, d'accident ou d'événement climatique grave
