La présente consultation a pour objet la réalisation de travaux de réhabilitation thermique, d'amélioration du confort d'usage des logements et de réhabilitation des parties communes et des espaces extérieurs du Groupe Porte de Montreuil Sud, sis au 5 rue Paganini, 2 à 12 rue Schubert et 6 rue Charles et Robert. Les prestations sont réparties en 2 lots : - Lot 1 : Réhabilitation d'un ensemble immobilier à valeur patrimoniale (logements, façades, parties communes) : Il s'agit d'un accord-cadre à prix mixte. Il y aura des prestations forfaitaires : Les prestations seront rémunérées par application du prix global forfaitaire tel qu'il résulte de la décomposition du prix global et forfaitaire (DPGF). Il y aura également des prestations complémentaires à bons de commande : Pour les prestations relatives aux travaux d'adaptation dans les logements (Kit Access, cuisine aménagée par exemple) notamment dans les logements relais entre deux déménagements (remise en peinture, tringle à rideaux, etc.) dans le Bordereau des Prix Unitaires (BPU), sans montant minimum mais avec un montant maximum de 200 000 euros HT par an . - Lot 2 : Requalification des espaces extérieurs et création d'un îlot de fraicheur (VRD, espaces verts, îlot de fraicheur) Le marché est traité à prix forfaitaire Voir RC et note de présentation
