La présente consultation concerne un marché de conception réalisation conformément aux disposition de l'article L.2171-2 du code de la commande publique en vue de la rénovation énergétique, fonctionnelle et technique du groupe scolaire Rimbaud-Apollinaire ainsi que les constructions de la nouvelle crèche Robert-Desnos, du centre de loisirs maternel Apollinaire et des annexes du groupe scolaire. L'opération vise à améliorer la qualité d'usage, la performance énergétique, l'attractivité et le fonctionnement des équipements tout en répondant aux besoins actuels des enfants et du personnel. Les prestations qui seront confiées au titulaire comprennent : 1. La construction de la crèche neuve Robert Desnos 2. La construction de l'annexe A comprenant le centre de loisirs maternelle, des espaces complémentaires pour la maternelle Apollinaire et la loge et logement du gardien 3. Rénovation énergétique et fonctionnelle du groupe scolaire Rimbaud-Apollinaire 4. Espaces extérieurs
