Le profil acheteur, utilisé dans le cadre de la présente consultation, est PLACE, profil acheteur obligatoire pour les acheteurs de l'Etat. Ainsi, toute la procédure se fera sur PLACE, notamment le retrait du DCE, les échanges entre le pouvoir adjudicateur et les soumissionnaires, le dépôt des offres. Le marché est alloti en trois lots : Lot n°1 (Corps d'état architecturaux et technique), Lot n°2 (Electricité), Lot n°3 (CVC - Plomberie). Le Lot n°4 (Désamiantage) sera lancé ultérieurement ("petit lot"). Le marché est alloti de la manière suivante : - Lot n°1 : CORPS D'ETAT ARCHITECTURAUX ET TECHNIQUE (TCE) Tranche ferme : bâtiment 63 Tranche optionnelle : bâtiment 17 - Lot n°2 : ELECTRICITE (CFO / CFA) Tranche ferme : bâtiment 63 Tranche optionnelle : bâtiment 17 - Lot n°3 : CVC - PLOMBERIE Tranche ferme : bâtiment 63 Tranche optionnelle : bâtiment 17 - Lot n°4 : DESAMIANTAGE Le Lot n°4 ne concerne que le bâtiment 17 qui sera réalisé en tranche optionnelle du Lot n°1, du Lot n°2 et du Lot n°3. Il s'agit d'un « petit » lot au sens de l'article R.2123-1 du code de la commande publique, non compris dans la présente consultation, qui sera lancé ultérieurement) Le présent marché comporte deux prestations supplémentaires éventuelles à chiffrer obligatoirement : -une PSE sur la tranche ferme du lot n°1 : Travaux de rénovation des circulations du bâtiment 63 (peintures murales / menuiseries, faux-plafonds et carrelage au sol). - une PSE sur la tranche optionnelle du le lot n°3 : Travaux de réhabilitation de la sous-station du bâtiment 17 Lieu d'exécution ou de livraison : HNIA BEGIN 69 avenue de Paris 94160 SAINT-MANDE Tranche ferme : bâtiment 63.
