L'opération vise à transformer l'ancien siège du CROUS de Dijon en un campus urbain mutualisé destiné à accueillir plusieurs établissements d'enseignement supérieur (Sciences Po, ENSA Dijon, ESM Bourgogne). Elle inclut des travaux de réhabilitation, de mise aux normes (accessibilité, énergétique, sécurité incendie), la création de locaux partagés, ainsi qu'une gouvernance opérationnelle pour la gestion post-travaux (maintenance, loge, GTB, équipements communs...). L'opération, allotie en 20 lots, est divisée en 2 consultations : 1 AOO et 1 MAPA « Petits lots ». Il s'agit ici de l'AOO qui comprend 15 lots. Lot 1 - Curage - Désamiantage - Déplombage; Lot 2 - Démolitions - Gros oeuvre - Charpente métallique; Lot 3 - Charpente bois; Lot 4 - Terrassements généraux - VRD; Lot 5 - Espaces verts; Lot 6 - Ravalement et nettoyage de façade; Lot 8 - Etanchéité; Lot 9 - Menuiseries extérieures bois - Occultations; Lot 10 - Cloisons - Doublages - Faux plafonds; Lot 14 - Peinture - Signalétique; Lot 16 - Revêtements de sols - Revêtements muraux; Lot 17 - Appareils élévateurs; Lot 18 - Chauffage - Ventilation - Plomberie; Lot 19 - Electricité courants forts - Electricité courants faibles - SSI; Lot 20 - Equipements scénographiques
