La mission confiée au titulaire porte sur la conception et la réalisation d'un bâtiment logistique sur le site du Marché d'Intérêt National Toulouse Occitanie. MIN Toulouse Occitanie, filiale de LUMIN’ TOULOUSE (composé de la SEMMARIS, exploitant du Marché de Rungis, de LA POSTE IMMOBILIER et de la CAISSE D’EPARGNE MIDI-PYRENEES), regroupe en un seul lieu les acteurs de l’approvisionnement (producteurs, coopératives, grossistes, courtiers…) et de la distribution de produits alimentaires et horticoles (restauration, commerces de bouche, fleuristes, restauration collective…). Titulaire d’une Délégation de Service Public (DSP) accordée par Toulouse Métropole, LUMIN’ TOULOUSE peut aujourd’hui poursuivre le développement de sa filiale MIN Toulouse Occitanie grâce à une nouvelle emprise foncière intégrée dans son périmètre et partie prenante de la DSP. Cette nouvelle emprise foncière permet la création d’un nouveau bâtiment dédié à la logistique alimentaire. L’opération porte sur la construction de ce nouveau bâtiment. Les principaux enjeux de l’opération sont les suivants : Ø Une intégration urbaine et paysagère exemplaire, en cohérence avec la trame des bâtiments et de l’entrée de ville ; Ø Des façades qualitatives et accueillantes, constituant un prolongement naturel de la trame paysagère du futur quartier ; Ø Le respect des besoins exprimés, notamment en termes de surfaces et de capacité ; Ø Une démarche environnementale, visant une conception sobre énergétiquement avec une démarche bâtiment durable (démarche BDO = Bâtiment Durable Occitanie) ; Ø La prise en compte des contraintes urbaines, réglementaires et environnementales spécifiques au site. Il convient de noter que ce projet sera intégré dans le périmètre du Marché d’Intérêt National Toulouse Occitanie. Pour information, une opération de déconstruction est en cours sur la parcelle. La déconstruction sera terminée pour mi-année 2027.
