Chaque lot fera l'objet d'une attribution séparée. La présente consultation est engagée sous condition suspensive liée à la désignation de TERACTEM comme opérateur du projet. En cas de non-réalisation de cette condition, la procédure pourra être déclarée sans suite sans indemnité. Dans l'hypothèse où le projet serait retenu par l'autorité compétente, il pourra être constitué une société de projet associant notamment la Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations, ayant un objet identique et la qualité de pouvoir adjudicateur. Les marchés pourront être transférés à cette société sans modification de leurs conditions essentielles, conformément aux documents de la consultation - Démolitions/ Désamiantage - Terrassements - Gestion et valorisation des déblais - Voiries et réseaux divers - Infrastructures énergétiques primaires Sondes géothermiques ; réseau de chauffage - Viabilisation générale; - Conception architecturale - Études techniques tous corps d'état - Dépôt et obtention du permis de construire - Réalisation des bâtiments - Raccordements aux réseaux primaires
