L'augmentation des déplacements urbains nécessite en permanence la réalisation de nouveaux carrefours à feux tricolores capables d'assurer la fluidité du trafic routier et la sécurité des piétons. Le maintien du bon fonctionnement des carrefours à feux tricolores ainsi que l'application des nouvelles normes de sécurité nécessitent en permanence des modifications des installations. La gravité de certains accidents ou vandalisme nécessitent également des travaux sur certains carrefours. De plus, certains carrefours doivent être modifiés ou rénovés. Ce marché a donc aussi pour objet la modification et la rénovation des installations de signalisation lumineuse tricolore. Territoires métropolitains de Toulon, le Revest-les-Eaux.; Territoire métropolitains de la Valette-du-Var, la Garde, Hyères, le Pradet, Carqueiranne, la Crau.
